Seems a bit hateful. I have never had a problem with the staff, and I have been going there for 15+ years. And if there is an issue, they never hesitate to fix the problem and usually compensate. Not only that, but they are always polite and seem to be humans... Humans make mistakes, it happens. And like I said, they are willing to admit and fix their mistakes.
